The building of the Ngwa Unity Complex started in 2015 by the administration of President B.O. Eguzouwa.
The complex will house:
- Literacy and Technology Center
- Suites/Guest Rooms
- Library
- Multi-Purpose Hall
- Museum (to store Historical Ngwa Items
- Offices
- Tourist Center (Monument of the historic 1929 Aba Women’s Riot)
