What is this About?

So, through careful planning and professional facilitation, efforts are made to ensure that no participant assumes a position of privilege or power that is higher or lower than another. A main goal of the model is to create “safe space” that fosters candid and dynamic dialogue with a small group. We have found this learning approach to be particularly helpful to those in disadvantaged situation.
