Entry Level Inside Sales Executive

Ngwa National Association USA, Inc, is seeking an entry level inside Sales Executive to sell accounts within the non-profit segment. NNAUSA creates fundraising products for nonprofit donation and donor management. Check out the NNAUSA website to learn more.

The scope of this job includes selling, supporting and promoting our services and solutions to prospective nonprofit partners. The ideal candidate will possess a consultative approach to selling and be able to showcase our family of products to nonprofit partners. Candidates must be comfortable cold calling prospective clients, working your pipeline of prospects in Salesforce and comfortable demoing products during telephone sales calls.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • following up on potential sales opportunities,
  • demoing the product on sales calls and on GoTo Meetings to prospects,
  • on-going relationship management,
  • making cold calls and assisting with various social media sales campaigns,
  • managing and forecasting your sales pipeline in Salesforce updates,
  • fact gathering phone calls with non-profit C-level Executive Directors to discuss competitive solutions/options,
  • phone calls with the financial decision makers to finalize the sale, and
  • interfacing with several internal departments including marketing, technology and operations.

Additional responsibilities may include attending various trade shows, delivering presentations at select user conferences, assisting with specific content for marketing material development, analyzing client statements for proper pricing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 yearof inside selling experience, preferably in the non-profit segment. The candidate must possess extensive understanding of integrated solutions’ selling. Nonprofit industry experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have demonstrated project management skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. BA degree in business, sales or related field. Must have the ability to travel as needed.
